Odd. Never seen that one before - except on a WMV file that had a broken index. What file types have you tested with, please?

The files are a mix of WMV, mpeg2, xvid, divx, ...
more than thousend and none shows the duration time on the poster image, other info like bitrate and frame width and hight are correctly shown in allmost all files.

Not that it disturbes me :-)

Was just for your info i reported this :-)

Hmm. What are the region settings on your PC? Are they English (UK) or English (US)?

OS is english version.
Keyboard is US (normaly our keyboards are azerty belgian layout)
Region is Dutch (Belgian)

maybe important to say but we note numbers in this way
10,5 eggs as ten and a half
not 10.5 eggs
we use the , , , , , ,

time is allso slightly different 10:30 half past ten
dates are like 10/01/2000 meaning 10th of january of 2000

maybe this is usefull info

Hmm (again).

On the system requirements it mentions that System Locale needs to be English UK or US. Can you try switching to one of those, please, and tell me if the problem persists?

I am wondering, as you observe, if it is related to different storage (or representation) of commas etc...

Cheers...

Changing the locale to UK didnt help either.
I started a new db after changing locale, then made a poster image

Image

Mediainfo and other tools show correct info.

btw: the program did crash at the famous 88th file too, so nothing to do with local settings there either.

Interesting (and still odd  )

Does the information show correctly in the File Inspector? I'm guessing not...

File inspector show ALL the correct info, even the duration time.

When searching for the same bug, i've seen that when i use "list View"
NONE of all my files show duration time.

OK. Thanks for the info. I'll ponder this one overnight. Off to bed now....
